Open House Opens Minds—and Doors

Our May Open House was more than an opportunity to showcase our newly renovated facility—it was an opportunity to tell the Proudworks story in a way that visitors could truly experience.

We were thrilled to welcome business partners, donors, vendors, families, and community members for two engaging sessions: **See Us in Action!** and **After Hours: Networking with a Purpose**. The response was overwhelmingly positive, with many guests sharing that they left with a much deeper understanding of Proudworks’ mission and the breadth of services we provide.

Attendees were especially moved by the client success stories and the interactive, visual presentations that highlighted the wide variety of work performed throughout our facility. From production and packaging to workforce development and community employment services, to community activities and social groups, visitors saw firsthand how our clients’ talents and contributions make a meaningful impact—not only for the businesses we partner with, but for our entire community.

One of the most rewarding comments we heard throughout the day was, *”I had no idea Proudworks did all of this.”* That sentiment reinforces why opening our doors is so important. Seeing our mission in action creates a deeper appreciation for the opportunities we provide, the partnerships we build, and the lives that are transformed through meaningful work.

Thank you to everyone who attended, shared their feedback, and helped make our Open House a tremendous success. We look forward to welcoming even more visitors in the future and continuing to build awareness, partnerships, and opportunities throughout our community.
