At Proudworks, our 2025–2028 Strategic Plan serves as a roadmap for strengthening our organization, expanding opportunities for the individuals we serve, and ensuring long-term sustainability. Built around five key focus areas — Protect & Strengthen the Core, Capital & Facility Improvements, Program Innovation & Expansion, Continuous Quality Improvement, and Outreach & Development — the plan outlines targeted initiatives designed to enhance services, improve facilities and technology, foster innovation, strengthen community partnerships, and diversify revenue. Through this work, we are investing in our people, programs, and infrastructure while remaining focused on our mission of empowering individuals with disabilities and other challenges to live, learn, work, and thrive. As we move forward, this strategic plan will help guide thoughtful growth, maximize our impact, and position Proudworks to meet evolving community needs for years to come.
