Who We SERVE

Adults with Physical and/or Intellectual Barriers

Proudworks serves adults in Northern Kentucky with developmental, physical, and cognitive disabilities—supporting them in building independence, gaining vocational skills, and accessing therapeutic, recreational, or leisure-based services.

Community Rehabilitation

& LIFE TRANSITIONS

Proudworks’ Community Rehabilitation and Life Transition Services enable adults with disabilities to build independence and life skills through individualized support, vocational training, therapeutic work, and social activities-fostering growth and full participation in community life.

TRANSPORTATION

Proudworks’ Transportation Services provide access from home or residential settings to programs and employment sites for Medicaid Waiver consumers in six counties throughout Northern Kentucky.

SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT

& PROJECT SEARCH

Proudworks’ Supported Employment Services provide preparation, training, and assessment of skills and interests, to obtain and maintain competitive employment.

Production (Outsourcing & Fulfillment)

& INDUSTRIAL SUPPORT

Proudworks’ Production and Industrial Support Services establish working relationships and sub-contract arrangements with area businesses to provide a variety of work opportunities for our consumers.
