WHAT WE DO
Transportation services are provided to/from the following:
- Community Employment
- Adult Day Training (ADT) Organizations
- Social, recreational, and respite programs
- Medical appointments (non-emergency)
- Community Activities

ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS
Eligible candidates for Transportation Services include adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities, including, but not limited to, those receiving Medicaid waivers. Other funding, self-pay options, or referral sources may also apply.
