- Adult Day Training (ADT) programs-organizations
- Social, Recreational, Respite, and Day Programs
- Medical Appointments (Non-Emergency)
- Community Activities

ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS
Transportation Services are available to individuals in Northern Kentucky with a valid Kentucky Medicaid card traveling to approved destinations, including employment, day programs, and medical appointments. Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT), self-pay, and other options may also be available. Contact us for details.
